July 17, 2024, Hong Kong - Designed for diverse urban lifestyles and interpreting the aesthetics of luxury with minimal design, the new Zeekr X right-hand drive version has officially arrived in Hong Kong. The full line-up is showcased at Zeekr Wan Chai and Taikoo Shing showroom, and is available for test drive. As the brand's first electric SUV model to launch in the Hong Kong market, Zeekr X is designed for the luxury experience of their global customers. From design, performance, safety, space to configuration, it has set a new benchmark for its segment.
Zeekr X is committed to creating a "boundless urban aesthetic" design concept, perfectly combining intelligent technology and the new luxurious space. Equipped with a 66 kWh lithium-ion battery pack and a high-performance electric drivetrain using efficient silicon carbide technology, Zeekr X has a WLTP range of up to 440 km (RWD). At a fast charging station, it can be charged to 80% in just 30 minutes, with a maximum charging power of 150 kW.
The 4-wheel-drive version of the Zeekr X, powered by a high-performance permanent magnet synchronous electric drive system with a dual-motor layout, provides powerful performance with a peak power of 315 kW (428 hp) and 543 Nm of torque. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds, delivering an unparalleled driving experience.
Zeekr X is designed by renowned chief designer Stefan Sielaff, with the "boundless urban aesthetics" design concept and pioneering technology. It interprets the new luxury in the premium compact SUV segment. At the front badge, Zeekr X opts for a minimalist and flattened design. With the use of nickel metal, through micro-scale electroforming, the thickness of the badge is sculpted to half of its original, delivering a more refined metallic relief texture.
In pursuit of minimalistic in the body design, Zeekr has for the first time applied the design of concept cars to the premium compact car segment, such as the frameless door design and the frameless electric exterior mirrors. To eliminate elements that impact the aesthetics, Zeekr has also created a "hidden" window trim design typically seen on top luxury brands.
Intelligent B-pillar
True luxury comes not only from styling and craftsmanship, but also from providing users with a better experience. Zeekr X features the industry's first intelligent B-pillar interactive system (exclusive for AWD). The content displayed on the B-pillar screen can be directly linked to the driving scenario. For example, in a charging scenario, the screen will synchronise and display the charging status, allowing users to check the status from outside the vehicle.

Leveraging the ample bandwidth and seamless integration of its intelligent architecture, Zeekr X not only comes standard with a high-performance electric drivetrain, independent four-wheel suspension, and lightning-fast switching technology; but also digitally integrates over 20 years of performance tuning expertise into the development, bringing unprecedented intelligent driving technology to its segment.
IPB Intelligent Integrated Braking System
The response time of this system is more than 2 times faster than traditional braking systems, reaching 150 milliseconds, which is about half the time of a blink. With this instant response, Zeekr X achieves a class-leading braking distance of 34.5 meters.
Independent Four-Wheel Suspension and Optimised Road-Sensing Hydraulic Bushings
Zeekr X is equipped with independent four-wheel suspension, and possesses robust mechanical qualities, with a maximum lateral G-force of 0.94, on par with high-performance luxury cars. At the chassis vibration-sensitive points, the flowing hydraulic oil "overcomes hardness with softness" like Tai Chi, improving the vibration-damping effect by over 40%, striking a balance between performance and comfort.
Human-centric and Exquisite Design
The highlight of Zeekr X lies in its human-centric and exquisite design. It comes standard with an 8.8-inch LCD panel and offers a choice of three interior colors: "Charcoal Black & Stone Grey", "Midnight Blue & Polar White" and "Mulberry & Rose". The latter two are equipped with a 1.82 square meter Microfibre suede headliner. The all-wheel-drive version is further equipped with 17 Ice Block ambient lights that move in sync with the music, creating a captivating atmosphere. Coupled with the spacious and bright 1.21 square meter panoramic glass sunroof with effective heat insulation, passengers can immerse themselves in the surround sound experience created by the 12 high-quality YAMAHA speakers while gazing at the stars at night, enjoying an unparalleled comfortable driving experience.
In terms of functionality, Zeekr X is equipped with Zeekr AI Mate assistant, which can control music, navigation, air conditioning, and other systems with a simple "Hi ZEEKR" command. Moreover, in the era of rapidly evolving automotive intelligent, Zeekr X features intelligent safety systems that are closer to daily driving needs.
Zeekr X is equipped with the ZAD intelligent driving assistance system*, which comprises 5 cameras, 5 millimeter-wave radars, and 12 ultrasonic radars. This system provides intelligent driving assistant such as adaptive cruise control (ACC), lane centering control (LCC), lane keeping assist (LKA), automatic parking assist (APA), autonomous emergency braking (AEB), and active blind spot detection (BSD).

Self-Developed XTCS Intelligent Anti-Slip System
As a new luxury all-purpose SUV, Zeekr X can drive through any terrain with excellent stability even on slippery roads. Zeekr's self-developed XTCS intelligent anti-slip system monitors vehicle from the source, detecting the motor's rotational changes. From slip detection to response, the entire cycle takes only 6 milliseconds, with a control frequency 10 times that of a traditional TCS. On icy and snowy roads, the 0-50 km/h acceleration test is 1.3 seconds faster than a vehicle equipped with a traditional TCS.
360-Degree Comprehensive Safety Crash Structure
Starting from the roof, Zeekr X can withstand a top load of up to 9 tons, more than 3 times the weight of a Zeekr 009, effectively absorbing and dispersing collision energy from different directions to prevent cabin deformation.
For side impact protection, the door sill frame unses an 8-tube multi-layer structure, with the same safety verification standards as the Zeekr 009. A side pole impact test is conducted every 12.7 cm, 11 times the industry standard. Combined with the high-strength cage-type body design, Zeekr X can withstand a lateral impact force of up to 65 tons.
